In a terminal:
docker pull ghis13/rocker-shiny-cellregulomix:amd64v181225Create and run a CellRegulomiX container
In a terminal:
docker run -d --platform=linux/amd64 --name CellRegulomiX -p 3838:3838 ghis13/rocker-shiny-cellregulomix:amd64v181225Usage
Once the container is started, start http://localhost:3838
